Setup Checklist

  1. Create an internal integration at notion.so/profile/integrations → copy the secret token.
  2. Open your Notion database → ··· menu → Connections → add the integration.
  3. Deploy this project to Vercel (the /api/notion-sync function lives in /api).
  4. Paste your token above and hit Sync from Notion.

Expected Notion columns: Client (title), Client Tier (select: Tier 1–4), Service Type (multi-select), Assigned AM (people, can be multiple), optional Status. The sync function auto-detects common naming variants.
